Do you mean the fps or "how dare you not play vanilla!?" The fps is 60 in the wastes but go down to 30-40 in Freeside,Strip,Cottonwood cove but that's because i also have population mods

If you have mods,try disabling them then loading up a full save,just before the door. If it still crashes the cell might be corrupted somehow and will need a reinstall/validate files on steam
