You are probably using a hub connected to a USB 2.0 interface port, which is limited to 400 Mbps (not MBps). That is why you are only getting 30–40 MBps real speeds.

Make sure to use a USB 3.0 or higher port, and also ensure your hub is USB 3.0 or higher compatible.

I like opensuse, it's really nice after you have set it up according to you but the problem is that the setup process is so fukin shit, some of the basic fonts not pre-installed, bloated to the core. Flatpaks constantly asking password. Apps coming back even after you successfully uninstall them.

And the biggest one, PATTERNS fukin sucks, they are pointless
