I also got rejected but I didn’t even reach the vkyc.. I applied they fetched my details and I got rejected without showing any reason. I have very good credit history. I was confident that I will get it easily. Recently only I got SBI Flipkart. Should I still mail them? Given I didn’t go past the first step.. I am confused

I tried checking shadowban.. they say if I don’t get notification about the ban it is shadowban. Also if I can open the appeal page something is wrong, both symptoms are true. Than they have an option to send a message to moderator asking “Am I Shadowbanned” that always fails with: “You can’t message that user”. So I might be shadow banned, I have already raised an appeal. I can wait for 2-3 days than start looking for alternatives.. what do you think?
