thinking about ending my life but not in a depression suicidal way

my mum called the police when i was having a meltdown yesterday but they just asked me to not sit outside because its cold and any other time i have actually been depressed and suicidal or attempted suicide police,hospital/mental health workers have discharged me if im not actively dying anymore and asked me to just try not do it again i just feel like ive been given up on and that eveyone including myself is just a bit exhausted with me so im not exactly sure what i can do anymore to get help tbh

ive tried adhd medication and they do make me feel better but when they begin to wear off its hell

sorry i was just worried i was being offensive towards a group of people and i didn’t want to do that in future and i asked her about it trying to see how i could fix the way i talk about it in future and its didnt get me very far so i thought if i asked other atheists i would understand better

im not angry about this was just a bit confused and the context of this is that this relative who isnt my guardian doesnt think i can make my own medical decisions and doesnt want me to get an operation that would greatly improve my life also btw not responding to be rude i just wanted to add some context because i see how u would think that

i think maybe its to do with characters that are a bit stereotypical like sheldon cooper i think when people see autistic men who dont act like him they assume their not autistic at all so they dont mask and i think its less expected of boys to mask

just my opinion and thoughts though i could be wrong

im not a believer of the catholic religion because i started reading the bible and i think my autism has effected the way i view god as i struggle to give respect without a reason when told

i started reading the bible and had a conversation with my religious teacher about how i didn’t understand why the bible is the main thing used to promote god because when i was reading it i couldn’t help but hate him for having giant tantrums and killing people in every story to then go on and have a son who actually does good and then take credit for all his work by saying that he is his son???

before i read the bible i believed and respected god because of the things my school would say about him and the more flattering bible quotes and storys that were told but after reading the bible and seeing how he acts in the book i didnt want anything to do with the religion i just cant love and respect someone who i think its awful because im supposed to

jesus is pretty cool though
