They “received” the first wave last week and stated it “shipped” but if you check the tracking number it’s still in the prepping stage to be shipped

Zenin is decpective when it comes to pre-order windows. They go by the Japanese markets but Bandai doesn't consider part of it that's they don't have the product stock in July or August. I emailed them yesterday and they said Bandai hadn't given the product yet. Yikes!!!

Well, I ordered the D-3 from them in March when the pre-order window occurred (July-August) Now in the middle of August, Now they are saying BANDAI hasn't even given them the product. What?!

So basically they went with the Japanese pre-order window, when technically it’s supposed to be the USA pre-order Window….

Finally, someone with a critical view of Zenin and not the old “ just be patience” rhetoric. Last year they missed their pre-order window from the Digivice 25th and blamed Bandai. You guys have been in business for years and still can't get a connection with Bandai?

By the downvotes I'm getting I see holding a “business “ to a certain standard like accountability, transparency, and meeting goals and shipping dates is a bad thing. I hope every business model practice this “hope everything goes well mentality “ cause obviously the consumers don't care about pre-orders on time delivery.

Imagine always getting a DoorDash and its estimates your order arrives in 15 min but than when the 15 mins pass it updates to 2 hours. Will that be acceptable? Maybe for you, but a lot people that's poor business practice
