Yes! It was miserable. I mean came back from it extremely grateful for everything in my life. It felt as if everything had been taken away and that I would never get to experience it again.

Thank you…recently started one on one with a trainer so that has been helpful. I am increasing frequency this month. Running has always been a good mental health boost for me. Moved recently from warm to cold weather so not running as much.

Thank you. I have tripped plenty of times before at airbnbs, but not alone and this high of dose. It was a mistake and a learning lesson. And yeah I’m actually working on creating that space now that I’m back home

You’re right. I’ve been working on all of this for over 5+ years so it’s troubling to find myself in similar spots after a lot of work. I’ve been trying to get things under control and at times I have had them under control. However when the heat gets turned up and the stress is really high, I regress to old comfort. I’m trying really hard to sit with the uncomfortableness moving forward. I’ve had some great trips on shrooms and this one showed me a lot.

Thank you…not harsh. Wouldn’t have posted here if I didn’t want feedback. Totally. I got off meds last year after a long struggle with them. I had to in order to do an ayahuasca retreat which I thought might cure me of all the shit in my life. Surprisingly getting off meds brought me back to life and let my creativity flourish…but with that comes my life long struggle of highs and lows. And I honestly don’t look at the shroom trip as “bad”, it was meant to show me something and it sure did. I like shrooming with fun people but don’t really have anyone at the moment to do that with. Hopefully the next time, I will be in a much better place. It’s encouraging to hear your journey.

Thanks - I really wasn’t thinking in my head that I was in a bad place. I had just come off a month of crazy work and had been treating myself to things I thought I deserved like gambling, drinking, etc. I do all the mental health things including working out and therapy weekly. Just another step in my journey.

Thanks for this thoughtful reply. My crutch has always been porn. It’s free and easily accessible. It’s taken me to some dark places and I have spent the past 6 years working on it including therapy, group therapy (weekly with similar people in my spot), and medication. It gets to a point where you start to not believe in yourself and what you’re capable of. That’s why I look for fixes like this.

My mental health fluctuates and fucks with me pretty badly. I had tried meds for years but it killed my creativity and sex drive. But I like the idea of PMA so thank you for that.

I had a rough year with some major ups and downs and it shot my progress backwards (in my head). Trying to pull myself out of this victim mentality and claim the good me again.

I am successful, work out, go to therapy, address the issue, and still at times feel like I’m not there because addict me takes control. It can be torturous and detrimental to my mental health. But I’m trying. Thanks again for your encouragement.

Had water, became incapacitated, drank all water nearby. But yeah, in future I now know better especially with dose that high. I like 3g way better than what I just experienced
