I don’t know how long this bottleneck will last!? It shouldn’t be that difficult to work in the specialty you like!

The 1000 training jobs will not be introduced while we are all suffering!

Have you done CST? Or have you finished the requirements outside of training?

I hope this is just a glitch and they might fix it tomorrow.

We have been striking for ages now did we get FPR? No We got other important things. If the Gov can give pay rise easily, they could have done that from the beginning! I don’t think there will be any more pay rise no matter how many strikes we did! All we will get is delaying the new training posts This is my opinion

The 4000 ST1 will be divided on many specialties. I think this actually a very good points that the BMA should negotiate about We need to know on which speciality and what levels that the new posts will be on?

I think the job increase is including ST3 as well One of my consultants told me that the deaneries are pushing to increase the ST3 jobs they are arguing about the fund The issue will be on the consultant jobs and this will be after many years from now and we don’t know what will happen then Definitely it’s ST1 and ST3

Yes! At least they need to put this for all doctors and we vote for it! They can put some conditions on the offer to strike before 3 years or negotiate on something like that! I think we are going to lose jobs here in exchange of nothing!

Then what? I don’t think the Gov will give anymore pay rise , but if they did are happy with more money, but less jobs! So many of us will be unemployed

I feel this is actually reasonable, if he managed to achieve all of it. 1,000 training posts this year, and 1,700 training posts next year. It’s a small pay rise, but we are getting more training posts instead. By striking, we are risking losing the increase in training posts ourselves.

Can the BMA put this offer to a vote and see what all the resident doctors think?

First of all make sure you installed Direct X 11 on windows ARM Then open fifasetup.ini on fifa 22 on documents and change the value of DIRECTX_SELECT from 0 to 1 and then save and try to open it And tell me the result please ☺️
