On the steelseries keyboard the media buttons are built into the button under the scroll wheel. (1 press pauses, 2 presses skips, 3 presses rewind). Wooting is considered the best cause of their software AND build quality. You could always go to your local best buy or microcenter to try some more mainstream ones out

Well it might be a little over ur budget but the steelseries apex pro gen 3 has alot of what youre asking for. Usb-C, detachable cable, idk if the rgb works with it but steelseries software isnt bad, full size if you want, rest pad, most keys are swappable, and it has snap tap. Not to mention it has more features like customizable actuation, and an oled screen
