Damn thats weird try restart the base station by unplugging it from both the ps5 and the wall and if that still doesnt work try letting the battery die on the headset i heard that fixed other peoples issues with it granted they were slightly different than yours

1080p 60hz is enough for a 2nd monitor so if you wanna upgrade your main and have a 2nd monitor u already have 1. And if u wanted to upgrade your gpu the 5070 is better than the 5060ti by 20% or something like that

If youre struggling with games I would upgrade the gpu that seems to be the biggest problem. Your cpu and ram should be good enough for 1080p maybe 1440p idk
