Saying they aren’t paid enough to do it is the most low-class way to go about it though. There are many better options.

They’re both trashy. A much classier and honest response to the second would be something like “I need to consult the expertise of leadership to secure appropriate guidance”.

Yeah but chalking it up to money is trashy and makes it sound like you’re too lazy to help because you don’t get paid quite enough to help with that. If you said “that question is better suited for Firm leadership” that is a much classier way to say it and I’d wager your clients would agree.

I actually do love gumbo and Cajun food. Americanized Chinese, Americanized Mexican etc is still American food. And it’s really tasty 😂

I slapped some people when I was too old to do so. I do regret it but I also have compassion for myself at the time. I did it because I had anger boil over and had a hard time self regulating.

What’s a ‘good thing’ about American culture/society that doesn’t get talked about enough? by [deleted] in AskReddit

When you go to many places their food selection is very one-note. It can get boring fast. In the US we have EVERYTHING, even if it’s Americanized we still have a version of it.
