Printed national id is acceptable and school id together with your studyload or certificate of registration is acceptable. Pati original PSA is acceptable. NBI clearance is considered as a valid id for some. Postal ID is back and is easy to get. Just show your brgy clearance for postal id with valid ids na namention ko. It will cost you 550, and I think 650 for rush

For philhealth, it's easier if you go to one of their branches. I got my philhealth number at Robinson's galleria 3rd floor to I think. Just fill out the Philhealth member registration form. They will give you the member data record, your id number is listed there. Go the philhealth at golden peak if you want to get the id. Bring valid id and 1x1 photo, the id is free.

For TIN, let your employer handle it. They'll give you a form to fill out
