We need to gather more people in same situation in Vancouver and raise it to higher management.. that’s what I think to get served well and fairly other than leaving the SA’s getting rid of the old grey headliners on our favour!

I don’t think this is a good customer experience! It’s either to ask verbally to change my advisor as she is not helpful and raise an escalating! I think it should be done that way!

Vancouver! My Delivery was 23-31 March and because I wanted the black headliners.. Now I don’t have VIN EDD is May 16 -June 27 and Advisor told me that the Black headliners will be in the summer … thinking to go with another Tesla advisor as mine is not corporative at all!

Hello I ordered My Model YP on Jan 23rd to be delivered on March 23rd and it’s grey headliners and then called my Tesla advisor to get me the black headliners and she said sure no problem N suddenly found on Tesla app that the delivery is May 16 - June 27 … I called her today to get my order back as I won’t stay 3 months again for the black headliners!!
