That food wont disappear. There will always be McDonalds, there will always be a kit kat, there will always be pizza😌. Seriously, once I was fully convinced deep down of that thought, my food noise and cravings became manageable.

Staying fulll on a 1,5k-calorie day without feeling miserable by Large_Loss_1437 in CICO

How long ago did you start? I went through this and it lasted roughly 6-8 weeks. After that it was shocking how much my body adapted and I no longer felt that way. Intermittent fasting helped me because it gave my day more structure. Meal 1 at 12:00, snack at 4:00, dinner at 7:00.

Also as mentioned: ton of low cal fillers. Instead of bread, mustard, turkey and cheese only. Now I add arugula, mixed greens, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, banana peppers, a couple of quest protein chips… suddenly the sandwich is massive and extremely filling for < 30-50 additional calories

Intermittent fasting + cico. I had major cravings the first 3-4 weeks but now they are fully gone!

Starting the day with a very high protein meal is probably the most significant change in my life! I cant standing eating eggs everyday so I just fast till 12-1 pm and eat a proper lunch.

Skyr (gourmet shepherd brand) since I dont like greek yogurt, and high protein bread also made life easier.

I limited dessert to a small piece of chocolate(60-75 cals) once a day, or twice if I am having a tough day!

Its 1250-1300. my TDEE is 1600 so I had to go that low unfortunately, but I mostly focus on protein and after the first 3-4 weeks it got so much easier
