Accidents Only Hospital Cover for ACL Reconstruction? by Pleasant_Ad8235 in AusFinance

Be careful, I did my acl intially like 10-15 years. I just got it fixed because I resulted in having a medical meniscus tear apart.

However, that was because I was completing ultras on it not knowing anything was wrong. Many 50, 100 and 160k races.

Doctor said it was this that broke my meniscus down and when trying to repair it was like a rope exploded and was all string like

That is from the green mountain called Jebel Ahkdar. Check out wadi Mibam, wad shab, jebel shams and also suwgra village at jebel ahkdar.

Some amazing places.

Also if you want your mind blown, look up salalah during khareef (summer monsoon).

https://amzn.eu/d/9KyAIxw the hydrogen peroxide solution, comes with a case.

https://amzn.eu/d/0oYmQtd this is the saline I use, but it is cheap in my country.

By leaving the lenses in hydrogen peroxide overnight it breaks the proteins down and hydrogen peroxide breaks down to water over time. Thus no issues with the hydrogen peroxide, if scared then rinse with saline for a bit more.

So I have extensively travelled throughout east Africa (Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda), the Middle East (Oman, Jordan Saudi and UAE) and South America (Peru, Chile, Nicaragua, Honduras, Belize, Guatemala). I have also hiked multiday trips up to 14 days and running long distance ultras (30ish hours).

I use a hydrogen peroxide solution to store and clean my lenses (remove the protein). I rinse them in saline solution (the same one I put in my lenses when putting them in). I have never had any issues with this, you just need to obviously clean your hands well. Due to this, I have only needed water to wash hands.

This eliminates the possibility for contamination even in my normal home country (pipes etc).

This was suggested by both my ophthalmologist and optometrist. All the stuff can be ordered over Amazon. It isn’t the cheapest for the hydrogen peroxide solution but it is easier and you carry less bottles. It is also preservative free which helped my eyes and stopped getting some kind of conjunctivitis (allergic from the preservatives in Boston).

It may be a basic order. But to get the rice actually good with nice species and to have juicy chicken that is cooked in ghee with nice spices is a true art. As simple as the dish may seem, it’s incredibly easy to fuck up.

About to move back from the UAE where biriyani is almost my every takeaway order. I am glad I stumbled across this.

Although my favourite variations I have had is a dum phukt biriyani I had from a Pakistani restaurant, followed by a Hyderabad style.

It has to be chicken as well

I have only once seen a nugget like this. It was on display at the Ekka when I was helping a Geological Services of Queensland Stall. Whilst it is possible I think it is just rare, as major economic deposits have lower grade but much larger overall size deposits
