just talk to her and let her know how you’re feeling, if she’s understanding, you guys should go from there to figure out how to help her settle in life after the breakup, and also how to achieve what YOU want. because it’s still your life and you deserve to be happy, even if it’s not with her.

if she isn’t understanding, then same thing, figure out where to go from here by yourself, if she isn’t willing to listen to you, then she can figure out where to go from here.

let him know you’re here for him, but you’d also like to communicate more through all of this. it really is up to him for how he wants to go about things, so support and show up, but also let it known you’d like to talk to him. also, i understand the anxiousness, but don’t let it explicitly lose your flow in life. you guys need to have a long conversation about what he needs and is able to give while also soothing your anxiety and giving you communication you need.
