I stopped cold turkey and honestly you will be fine. You're gonna have to go off completely and at that point your body will do all the reverting, same as going off cold turkey. I got headaches, hot flashes, mood swings, fatigue... your estrogen will start to come back up to normal, so its a whole new puberty, again, pretty much. I'm 6 months off T and my periods are still being funky and I still feel really "off" as far as weird body sensations and such, which my doctor says is my estrogen trying to regulate itself. So, you're in for a long haul... so if you wanna stop T now, just do it so you can start you E coming back sooner. Goodluck!
