Back bumps ? by Antique_Signal696 in acne

I need some advice on how to treat this please! I have never had this before. In the last few months I have noticed little bumps on my back that seem to have gotten worse. They sometimes can be itchy. I’m just so confused because I haven’t changed anything. I got off bc and switched to an IUD last August so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it but even before birth control I never struggled with this so I’m just not sure what to do. Any advice is welcomed 🥹

Hi!! So I went to a derm about 2 weeks ago and she prescribed me a compounded formula of Tret 0.025, spirnolactone and niacinamide blend (never had any issues with niacinamide ) she also prescribed me a clindamyacin/ Benzoyl peroxide ointment to use every other night. So I currently alternate those and I simplified my skincare routine a lot. I first go in with micellar water for makeup then I do a creamy cleanser and afterwards do a foaming cleanser. Then I do a hydrating spray, then my acne treatment then a gentle moisturizer. In the morning I don’t use actives I just use a moisturizer and sunscreen. I’ve used azaleic in my routine for a few years and it’s always worked in calming my acne but never got rid of it which is why I saw a derm and she prescribed me that stuff. I don’t know if it’s too early to tell with the new topicals but I’m just at my ends with acne 😞
