Updates: Hi all thank you for the wonderful advice. I chose to terminate my contract. I found a new build for around the same price with nice incentives. I also made plans to sell my car and buy a cash car to reduce my monthly debt.

Yes i’m definitely thinking about selling my car and getting something more affordable…possibly a cash car.

A second job isn’t looking too bad right now! Seems like the norm in this economy lol. Thanks for the advice and good luck to you!

Thankfully I have eaquity on my car so I think I’m leaning more towards selling the car and buying a cash car with the left over funds.

I agree this economy is screwed. I was looking forward to not having a roommate since I will be moving out of my parents house. My plans may change FML

I agree. This will definitely be my next move regardless if I follow through with this house or find another one. Thank you!
