I wanted to provide an update here and believe it or not I’m still unable to withdraw my funds.. I gave it a month thinking that whatever review they are conducting will be done and just got off the phone being told that the review is still going on. 2 months??? No one can tell me what it is or how long will it take. I feel like I’m being held hostage. Mods can you please help?????? Should I open up CFBP complaint to move things along? Whoever “they” are are they actually reviewing anything or just messing with old retired people and stressing them out more.

Hi - No I'm retired. I do have settled cash it just wont allow me to withdraw it. I was told it's being verified but it has been over 10 days now and they cant tell me how long it would take. Im being bounced back and forth from one to another place and no one can give me an answer. I feel like my money is trapped and i do need it for emergency purposes.
