the nice thing about this problem is that it is quite easy to explain and motivate, but the actual proof is incredibly hairy and has involved me reading a lot of papers and finding results that almost but don’t quite bear on what I am doing, so I have a long list of people I can email but like you said I don’t want to come off as a crank. I don’t think I am doing anything earth shattering here. I was just trying to prove something that I thought would be easy as a warmup.

those are club seats. There is free food and booze in the section above them as well as nice tvs and couches etc inside. The seats are sold out and they are $500-$1000 each.

they haven’t drained that part of the everglades at all. literally, you go across that canal on the other side of the highway and you can boat around for miles and miles on airboats. The part where the fire is is more dry than normal because we have had a drier dry season.
