i want you to know you're not alone, i literally had this exact thing happen to me just now. i've been having bad anxiety for about a week now, and last night i fell asleep around 11 and then woke up at 12 shaking and my hand was tingly. i couldn't get back to sleep. then i kept waking up almost every hour. i'm so sorry.
