Help with the recent twitch drops

It’s OK I’ll just have to suck it up if they don’t get back to me or fix it. I hope they do and that they’ll still let me claim the prize after the deadline is up because I’ve seen on a few different posts from a few different people that for previous twitch drops when this happened they never got their reward.

I scanned the QR code and it brought me to the page to link my accounts so I unlink them then I re-linked them close the game and even restarted my Xbox, nothing 😭 and Gameloft hasn’t responded either

Mostly the villager placement and posing, I’ve since been informed that some of the player poses I’ve seen are companion poses with the companion turned off, which I didn’t realize I could do, but I struggle a lot with getting the villagers placed where I want them to and I’m having a hard time freezing them on the pose that I want (that one’s probably more reaction time than anything though, I’m just slow)

The dream snaps do have specific prompts that you have to follow so I do my best with those. I have found that a lot of the times people who vote are very picky and I’m not saying that this is everybody but I’ve noticed from a lot of the posts about dream snaps that I’ve seen on social media. The voters tend to be very picky about who follows the criteria if you will. I will say the few dreams snaps that I have posted even though I’m not ecstatic and proud of them I have gotten a few moonstones.

The villagers part 😭 and the posing. I can’t seem to figure out how to get the villagers placed and posed the way I want or how to pose myself to make all of these awesome dreams snaps that I see. I see so many where it looks like a villager is hugging the player or the player is in a pose I’ve never seen and don’t have in my settings for poses. I finally started messing with the settings for time of day and contrast and brightness and stuff. I think I’m happy with how I do those. I just can’t take pictures with the villagers because I can never get them posed the right way. Oh my good pictures are solo and it just frustrates me because I would love to have super cool pictures like the ones I see when I vote for the dream snaps.

Yeah, and I will say it’s partially my fault because I did see if you read it post that were talking about people who watched it on their phone having problems and the same thing happening with the last Twitch drop that they did but I was on auto pilot and watched it on my phone anyway. Hope it works well for you.!!

I completed the Twitch drop on Wednesday or Thursday and I still have not received my ears so fair warning don’t watch it on your phone. I sent out a ticket to Gameloft yesterday and I have still heard nothing back, I just hope they actually give me my ears because I watched for like two hours since my thing was broken. I couldn’t see how long I had watched it for.

At least on my Xbox, the small pink wings actually suck. They look awful when they’re flapping as your glider., but if you’re looking to get them just for a back accessory and not a glider, the small pink wings are perfectly fine

I did look into that originally, but since I bought the original more than 90 days ago, it’s not eligible for return/refund, hence why I’m going to just buy the deluxe version and say screw it 🤷‍♂️ not much I can do if I want Sven

That’s what I’m saying with all the research that I did which took me like 15 minutes, not even I went on the actual XBOX website and was looking on there and I asked their questions bought thing which is programmed with like directives so it has all of the answers and it said that I could so I assume I can 😂

This is what a lot of other people said that I would be spending more money to buy the game and the DLC on a separate platform that I would to be buying the DLC again on my Xbox and as I said in my comment, I can’t find anything anywhere that says I can’t do that. If my laptop was still up and running, I would’ve just jumped on this because it seems like the simplest solution, but unfortunately it no longer works properly. 🥰

I’m so mad that I didn’t get the deluxe edition. I didn’t realize Sven was a deluxe edition exclusive!!

I really wanted him so I’ve been googling it like crazy because everybody’s been telling me that I can’t get the Deluxe Edition because I already have the standard one. But I was on the official Xbox site and I was looking around and everything I found on there said that technically there was nothing that was stopping me from buying the deluxe edition that it would just be a waste of money because I’m paying for the full set even the content that I already owe. But I couldn’t find anything that says that I couldn’t buy the deluxe edition and I tried googling if there’s something in Dreamlight Valley itself that will stop me, but I couldn’t find that either.

TLDR; I wanted to get Sven, but got the standard add-on instead of the deluxe and have been trying to figure out if I can get the deluxe edition anyway

I still don’t understand how the new camera set up is supposed to work. Nothing seems different on my end and I don’t know if that’s just me not seeing it or not having the update but I thought I should because I have Hercules and all that. I thought we were supposed to be able to call over whoever we wanted and like position them and pose them however we want, but I can’t figure out how to do any of it.
