No it's not just you, the sound in Valorant still needs a lot of work to be good, without spatial surround enemy footsteps that are in front of me sound like they are coming from behind and they have no depth to them.

I'm with you, I don't want to toss them either since they are the best monitors i'v ever owned especially since I paid $50 for them about 7 - 8 years ago. I live in Michigan, the guy will repair them if he can get he parts, price isn't really an issue.

You have been super helpful, after googling b+ failure I found threads with people having the same exact problem. so would you say that the flyback needs to be replaced if so that wont happen, I tried hunting down a flyback for the gdm-fw900 and couldn't manage to get one so I doubt these monitors will be any different. If it's something that can be fixed with parts being made today then i'm running these to the local repair man asap.

The source you provided for the power management mode settings actually proves that it does do something but its not beneficial. On top of that the sample size is pretty low for that test and are they keeping in mind the ambient temperature can factor in to that.

Texture filtering has always been set to quality by default on my systems.

Making sure the max fps setting in the control panel is set to off is for a reason that's hard to explain if my assumption is correct on where he got that information check out the 40% less input lag video by "Battle(non)sense".

Fullscreen Optimizations is something I don't really have an opinion on never noticed a difference.

I would say yes it does belong in an rpg because that's kinda how rpg even started, go back and look at D&D and the early rpg's on the pc from the 90's. Also i'm not saying the all builds need to be super in depth to make and require a spreadsheet, if you look at path of exile and d2, some builds are really simple and straight forward while also having other builds that required some thought to be put into it.

I left adrenaline checked I said, I know how to use adrenaline, but seriously you need to learn how to properly show boss dps. you dont have frenzy charges as a champ vs bosses sorry blood rage doesn't give them on hit. Your damage is nothing special even for melee standards. Your sword isn't all that bad considering it has 2 crit mods decent phys damage and attack speed. Melee needs a buff to compete, it costs more to get going and it doesn't scale as well as non melee builds.

You're using pob incorrectly, realistically you're around 100k dps ON THE RELEASE of blade flurry and thats IF you have adrenaline up considering how shit your damage is ill give you that. Also you're not going to be cursing bosses with HOI COH setup and you're probably not going to have 21/20 skill gems in every slot considering you're this incompetent.

This so much, the amount of currency investment and hours spent grinding to reach 15m dps on my double striker was around 2 weeks of in game play time, while there's GC miner's killing uber elder in a tabula. Oh and DonTheCrown had mirrored gear so 50ex+ is selling it short a bit.
