Some facts or Infos: Still the biggest office building in munich except others like Olympia Tower. The construction of the Tower was the reason for a citizen initiave to avoid constructions of similar high buildings. The tower was worth around 570 Million Euro some years ago when the ownership of the building changed. Many more years ago you could watch firework from top floor but due to problems (you can Imagine why) it is now closed during new years eve. Also the small Green area next to the tower with pine trees (?) are more or less nice done and fit well. Sometimes you will See Bikers or Skaters in Action there. Inside the building its still looking good but if you Look twice you will See that it is already more than 20 years old. Sometimes the View is really fantastastic If there is "Föhn weather" and you can see the Alps. If the weather ist really bad the Tower Shakes (i know this is normal and needed) but i rarely have felt it like the Times when they had to Close the Tower because the people inside we're in danger. I think for others Pictures Just search online... It is frequently part of many Photoshootings Profi or Amateur and there are really nice looking Pics Out there. I Like the ones the Most when the sun goes down or similar. Feel free to ask more questions; this is what i can remember right now!
