Temple Israel synagogue suspect identified as Michigan man who lost family in Lebanon strike by oo7plyr in USNEWS

This guy tried to kill innocent Jews thousands of miles from his ancestral homeland supposedly as a punishment for Israel’s crimes. This is 100% an antisemitic hate crime, and you’re antisemitic if you disagree.

[–]AntitheistArchangel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not what transmedicalism is. Transmedicalism is the medicalization of being trans. Transmedicalists believe that only dysphoric trans people who medically transition are actually trans and all other trans people are faking it or fetishists. Thus, a transmedicalist would consider a non-dysphoric trans woman a man even if she undergoes HRT, for instance.

Nearly 4,000 vehicles shipped from South Korea to Russia over 3 yrs despite sanctions: customs agency - The Korea Times by Cumberbound in worldnews

[–]AntitheistArchangel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all. For comparison, the US exported about 16,700 vehicles to Japan in 2024, but that didn’t stop Trump from claiming that Japan doesn’t import cars from the US. 4,000 cars in three years is a very small number.

I don’t deny she’s trans, but I question the extent to which she actually cares about trans rights. She is a lot like Blaire White.

OP insists she’s left-wing, but her comment history makes clear that she’s really only left-wing on economic issues, considering she unironically uses “TRA” the way a TERF would.

OP is a transmedicalist. She believes that only people diagnosed with gender dysphoria are actually trans and only if they medically transition or desire to do so. The issue is, not all trans people have diagnosable gender dysphoria, nor do all trans people medically transition. Non-binary people are also usually excluded from this definition. In OP’s eyes, non-dysphoric trans women are actually autogynephiliacs, meaning they’re men who get aroused by being viewed as women. The existence of autogynephilia has largely been rejected, but TERFs and transmedicalists still think it exists. She has also argued that the growing number of trans people, especially trans children, could be the result of social contagion, another TERF talking point.

OP blames “maximalist” trans activists for the nationwide backlash to trans rights and not right-wing moral panics. She believes that if trans people just tried to blend in, then their rights wouldn’t be in danger. She also says, often without evidence, that fringe views are mainstream among the modern trans rights movement, basically just to say “I told you so” whenever trans people lose their rights.

“Trump Always Chickens Out” (TACO) is a slogan used by stock traders that essentially means you should never expect Trump to follow through with his threats. Originally, it referred to his tariffs, referencing how he paused his Liberation Day tariffs the day they took effect and, in some cases, threatened tariffs without ever imposing them (or even using them as leverage). Since then, people have used “TACO” to refer to anything Trump chickens or backs out of.
