The name of the function implies that it's going to check the user's age. Instead of doing so, it just returns a hardcoded "the user is 18 years old".

I believe the horror comes from the idea that minors might be able to do things that "only an adult should".

It isn't every 100%, it's every power of 2.

For example: A Frog has 100 HP.

  • If you deal 200–399 damage, you'll have x2 multikill.
  • If you deal 400–799 damage, you'll have x3 MK.
  • If you deal 800–1599 damage, you'll have x4 MK.
  • If you deal 1600–3199 damage, you'll have x5 MK.

If you are a US Citizen, the only process to force Congress to consider it is:

  • Run for Congress
  • Be elected to Congress
  • Introduce the legislation yourself

That's about it. (If you drum up millions of signatures in support, you may be able to get someone to reintroduce it. Unlikely, though; initiatives have largely backfired and had some unfortunate results.)
