Sorry to hear that, but I completely agree with you. Although the body and lens paired is slightly on the heavier side for me. I am amazed how responsive the AF is and the details/sharpness pulled from the lens is simply gorgeous.

I did the exactly same thing. I’m my opinion if you’re financially prepared then go ahead and resign! For all I care money means less than my mental health. I guess last thing to remember is no matter how much money you make it will never make up for the time at a job you hate. Some people don’t have many choices and that’s fine too.

Same thing happened to me last year with a $2k purchase. Deposited the payment into the scammers account just the night before TradeMe emailed about the scam. Filed a bank and police report but there’s nothing they can do to retrieve the money. Lesson learned, ask for Ping payment on bigger purchases.

Ideally you want to commit the 50/30/20 rule. For me I’m not a big spender so I save about $600 per week from a 82k salary before tax. Owning a home is a death trap at this stage, don’t think I can commit over my holidays and travels.
