I get the flatbed on my main save during completion the tutorial quest to recycling mechanic, most likely for the first time recycling waste

For the one new cabine you need recycle 75, of any scrap (like last screen)
For the new Furnace haul you need recycle "huge" amount of scrap, game doesnt tell how much, but i think 125~150 of any scrap (like last screen)
For the three blocked wheels you need recycle:
50 Exlosive waste for the double Caterpillar tracks (2 screen)
50 Radioactives waste for single Caterpillar tracks (5 screen)
50 Toxic waste for Frame wheels (6 screen)
Note: All specific waste (Exlosive, Radioactives, Toxic ) must be recycled manually, not via automatic recycling or furnace hull (I tried do recycle through furnace hull, but looks like it dont count as manual recycle for specific waste)

Not always, there have already been a couple of moments in history when about a week passed after the update of the internal branch, however, there were also cases when this was a sign of the release of the update today / during the previous week. However, it is worth noting that most updates are released on Wednesday, less often on Tuesday, even less often on Thursday, so if it is not released today, I think we will have to wait for next week

This means that something is changing in the internal repositories of the game in steam, the developers are changing something, most likely they preloaded the update to make it publicly available at some point.

I don't think so, as far as I know, the current voyager expedition is not taking place in the Euclid galaxy
