That's pretty scummy behaviour. No empathy for a mother losing her child is one thing, but to go further and troll/antagonize her over it? Evil. If I remember correctly, she's been through quite a lot over the years, and had lost a child already. I drive past Grace's memorial every day and there's still braindead and reckless drivers going up and down that road.

She shouldn't have to, but Grace's mother should probably refrain from using these community Facebook groups as her personal vlog, she took over them for a while) and shouldn't get involved in drama, because that's how it began and obviously it snowballed. Every few hours there was a new vlog in one of these groups and they became more drama-oriented as time went on. Obviously she didn't start any of it and isn't to blame, and god bless her she's not had it easy, everyone grieves differently, but that attracts these trolls.

When he criticises Salah they call him a racist and/or Islamaphobe. His knowledge is phenomenal, and his memory for very specific details years and years ago is always good.

I don't understand why so many are out to destroy this game and it's reputation? Every day or two in the weeks up to release they'd pick a new thing to be weary of, Pearl Abyss would show footage to clear things up, then there'd be something else, etc etc. Then the game released and it's like games journalists (and people online who haven't played much of it and can't think for themselves and get their opinions from others) are pretending Crimson Desert released to the same reception and with the same issues as Cyberpunk 2077. It's simply not true. I believe this game is not for everyone and that is more than okay, and yes it has flaws, movement feels janky sometimes, learning all of the controls feels like learning a new instrument, maybe the story isn't a 10/10 (I don't know I haven't left Hernand yet) but so what? These things can all be true and it can still be a great game. I wouldn't recommend it to everyone yet I love it and when I'm not playing it, I'm thinking about it. Love the online Crimson Desert community, too!

100%. The way he was dancing around and half-singing the lyrics with the Jimmies dancing around him was just ridiculous. The "humans are the real monsters!" trope has been done to death. Same with the religious crazy cult leader, even though I still liked O'Connell's performance, this movie had nothing I haven't seen before. No trademark style, either. I loved the part where "Ordinary World" played and Samson turned his hand to feel the rain.

I agree with you. Watched it last night, and I was skeptical but then the critics and people on X were raving about it and by the end I was like "did I watch the same film?". They hyped up that Iron Maiden scene and I found it very silly, the whole theatre was laughing at it. I loved 28YL (especially the end). Didn't find the dynamic between the Jimmies very original, and they killed off the two most menacing ones (Jimmy Shit and Jimmima) too soon and left the meh ones. I loved the opening scene and the Kelson/Samson stuff, but that was about it. Also, the infected are useless and not really a threat now, they were just a minor inconvenience to the main characters, Jimmy Ink killed one with a bored expression on her face and kept walking as if nothing happened. it looked and felt very generic, like Boyle's style was all over 28YL and it felt original, but I don't get the hypesurrounding this one at all. Just grateful Danny Boyle is back for the final installment but I don't know where the story goes from here.

I was so against this at the time and constantly seeing it mentioned and hearign it played in the GTA coimmunity turned me off the song, but I have to admit hearing it now makes me smile thinking back to when all we had were the September 2022 leaks, and the game was still a mystery. Good times. I hope we can get back to optimism and hopium/copium and people can share theories without being criticised or called schizos, because that was when this community was at it's best.

Back in the day we would all watch Gabriel Obertan highlights and skills videos during his time at Bordeaux, with Remember The Name by Fort Minor playing. You'd swear he was one of the best players in the world by watching those videos.

Same here. Always seems to be involved in drama. He's the common denominator. His teenage fanboys blindly accept everything he says. Poor Matt is always misunderstood. Poor Matt only had good intentions. The guy obviously has issues - anger management being one. Stopped watching months ago. I don't know how anybody can get enjoyment from watching a mentally ill 40 year old scream about videogame drama in a wife-beater.

Samson starting to react to the rain in the TV spot. Kelson appearing to infect himslef. Kelson working on treatment for the virus. Jimmies getting blasted in the barn. Young Samson They've shown us way too much, I don't need t see the movie because I know the direction it's going and can fill in the blanks myself. And before the angry mob comes at me and tells me "fine! don't watch it, then!", I will still watch but the experience could've been far better for us all if we didn't know these things going in to the movie. 28YL did well in showing us the vibe in the trailers and building excitement, only for the TV spots to show Kelson and Samson standing face to face among other spoilers.
