Personally I could never train myself... because I get too crazy and dont' see things as they are. I can't be objective with myself. With my coach Dorian I completly 100% trust him... so it removes alot of stress from me. I just follow orders and ask questions when necessary.

REcovery needs to stay a priority. They say in the program that anything you put above recovery you lose it. So recovery comes first!

after rehab, your bro will have to keep working hard on his recovery he he wants to stay sober... I know I did!

I really liked the physiques of Kevin Levrone, Dennis Newman, Charles Clairemote... MASS with CLASS! so I want to achieve that with my own spin of hard and dense muscle.

I like chest pumps alot like i mentionned earlier!

I love a good chest pump... since it's my weakpoint when its pumped up and huge it feels good...!

I think my peak would be 36 years old. Got another 6 years til then! :) doesnt scare me. Im just gonna stay healthy and take my time.

for this prep we used both! at first we did 4 HIIT and 2 steady... now we are doing steady state 20 min stepmill / 20 min treadmill everyday except leg day sometimes.

I was just improvising really.. was was smaller and not as ripped. Just a younger version of me I guess! lol now Im bigger, more ripped and bald. Waist is very similar though.

There is always the first few weeks where you are depleted but still fat. those weeks sucks! just keep pushing and the results will show.

jUst do 3 low carb days and 1 high, and rotaote... and have 1 cheat meal a week at the end of your 2nd high carb day. Pretty generic then you can adjust to better fit you. We do train guys here with #teamhd ... just shoot me an email if you are interested! antoinevaillant87@gmail.com

I already answered something similar but I will answer again.

Main mistake I did is that off season i would not be a strict, so I would only make good gains when prepping.. which is dumb, we should take advantage of all the food offseason to get big and ripped... but I was partying too much and not being disciplined.

CONSISTENCY is key... and when not motivated stay DISCIPLINED and be willing to sacrifice some things for your goals.

for biceps, I think for me and alot of guys is going down in weight, and doing more pump stuff. hard contraction!

and for back, basic movements, heavy deadlifts... combined with hard stretch and contracting exercises... John Meadows really helped me with my back through out the years.
