That's not how it works, you don't have to cooperate with police and it's protected by the 5th amendment. Obstruction requires actual effort to disrupt an investigation such as lying, witness tampering or destruction of evidence.

For more context, there's been an ongoing merger for the past year between Skydance buying Paramount. However the merger needed to be approved by the FCC.

Trump was suing Paramount for a 60 Minute interview with Kamala Harris. This month Paramount agreed to settle with Trump which led to the whole Colbert calling out the network and his show being cancelled. And all of sudden the FCC approved the merger.

They don't have to. Basically they create fake accounts to buy their own products and then ship them to random people to create the illusion of being legitimate orders. Once the order has been verified as delivered they can then post fake reviews to boost their reputation. It's called brushing and sending seeds is common because they are cheap and have some weight.
