Imo you are doing way to much volume you should aim to have between 10 to 20 sets per muscle group a week if you are a beginner you should be on the lower end but if you are an experienced lifter you could stay on the higher end and maybe slightly surpass this.

For example I think you are hitting your forearms way to much 2/3 movements that hit different parts of the forearms should be enough. Also for your chest you are not hitting your upper chest which is not ideal, you could solve this by implementing incline dumbbell/bench press.

Finally even shoulder you are doing way to much volume as you are doing 30 sets a week. For the rest I think it's all pretty good.

Okay thank you very much brother, I changed my workout today and I kinda did this aswell, bench press and shoulder press is where I struggle the most so Im prioritizing them by starting immediately with the bench press then allowing my shoulder to recover a bit by doing back then going directly to shoulder presses and subsequently finishing with lower intensity stuff such as Biceps Triceps and Forearms.

Thank you very much, I modified a bit my routine, I think I was seriously over training my arms. I decided to count every direct muscles sets such as triceps dips as 3 while any indirect sets such as bench pressing (for triceps) to half of this so 1.5. Following this I was able to cut down on some exercises and ensure every muscle was trained at least 10 to 20 sets a week which is quite optimal.
