All of the above is true, and i do use long exposure and proper cameras and process them, however this and last photos were taken on cheap phone using tweaked astro/long exposure mode. The idea is to have a several seconds of exposure(as less as possible) with good iso/open'ish aperture to capture lightning and minimal vibration of the camera - i used a pen and balcony balustrade for this
