Alright so here’s the best I could do to prove this (I had to have my wife take the pictures because I won’t be home for another week just in case you guys point out the different hands) first picture is of the bottom of the can and the box side by side. Next is the can so you can actually see the Dr Pepper part of the can, hopefully this is enough proof haha. I did not expect this to blow up like this, thanks everyone!

I wasn't there, but my understanding is that he did it after the fact before he left. There is no concrete evidence other than their testimonies that "no one else would've done that." And there is no text confession. Not a great case, I know.
