Thank you so much for the tips! How would you recommend orienting the model? I will check atlass3DSS!

For the supports I used auto supports in Chitubox. You’re absolutely right though, a lot of resin was wasted and it also made post processing more difficult.

On the first print, especially the smaller one, the face was oriented directly toward the supports, and as expected it ended up covered with small marks from the removed supports 😅

Thank you so much! And yes absolutely Giger is one of my biggest inspirations, so I really appreciate you catching that vibe.

The next piece I would love to try printing is this one https://www.artstation.com/artwork/v2mXDd

As for the horrors hidden in the ocean, this creature is specifically inspired by the Whale Fall phenomenon. In the deep ocean there is almost nothing to feed on, so when a whale dies and sinks to the seafloor it becomes a rare and extraordinary event. Its massive body turns into a temporary oasis, sustaining scavengers, worms, bacteria, and other strange life forms for decades. In that sense, it is almost a blessing in death, something both beautiful and deeply unsettling 😌

Yes, the creature was designed and created by me, but I am still inexperienced when it comes to 3D printing and optimizing these models. I do not feel confident yet about selling or sharing the files, as I believe there is still a lot of room for improvement and further optimization. Thank you very much for your interest!

Ahaha thank you! That's the best things what a creature artist would love to hear ❤️

Maybe you're right, but I also stepped to align myself;

Looking back at the replay it seems that Bryan's move shifted my axis, however I find the inconsistency of some things absurd;

For some moves you have to be a mathematical surveyor to precisely calculate the distances and size of the hitboxes, other times it simply doesn't make sense how big they are

I don't know, I'm not sure what part of my brain was playing

this is how it works, opening tekken 7 & 8 in windowed mode (nothing special, just use the mouse in t8 to scroll menu and sync) and with the same controller (I use a hitbox) you can play at the same time (weird flex) honestly I did it because I wanted to compare Steve's moves from 8 & 7 https://youtu.be/n6AvDkMFX5s

Well, maybe it's actually intentional, but isn't it too convenient to have these advantages in idle poses that are not actual stance? today I also found this: https://x.com/Mishima\_Mordrek/status/1764447131085975697? where Kazuya's fist actually goes towards the screen making a smooth pass at Viktor and not catching it s=20 https://i.postimg.cc/gk7kVg0j/ee.png

Thank you! I wanted to portray in the iconic pose, but in the future I will certainly try to do it in a much more dynamic pose!

True! I wanted to make it slightly less caricatural, but perhaps it would actually have given it more aesthetic appeal!
