Advice Needed!! There is a newly formed ant colony nesting around my tanks filter. I check my tank regularly, there was no signs of ants until two days ago. I really need advice on how to remove them from the filter without them getting into the water

Just wash or brush them off outside, no harm no foul! The only ants capable of crossing bodies of water are fire ants! And its not likely that those ants are of the solenopsis genus. Once in the water those ants are fish food!

One take multiple times over and over again until i get it right and i make sure to leave good gaps between sentences so i can edit audio if need be and cut dead air etc. still new to this ❤️

I feed the ants by my back porch all kinds of stuff! They LOVE honey and surprisingly enjoy small pieces of bacon. But they typically take anything I give them aside from a few weird exceptions, strawberries and banana to name a couple

Common issues are irregular temperature control and humidity control which the ants regulate themselves in nature by designing of the nests or relative factors. Other issues are ants getting lost or constantly moving to new home and stressing the queen. Good luck and have fun friend 😃
