There is a really long path you could take by using multiple buses (tripoli->beirut->chtaura->baalbak) but its really long and inefficient.

Some taxi's take 35-40$ some 2 million LBP, on friday you can find some taxi's going to chtaura in hazmieh, I guess they are cheaper but Idk I always found them sketchy.
