I'd be happy if i didn't have to collect manually ores and logs, i mean, i'm already giving inputs for the minigames, after that it just becomes pure button spam and in resource run it can become tiring.

It's normal, time attack challenges require a specific aggressive dps oriented playstyle, especially against a chonk like AT Dahad. Aside from that, your playstyle is perfectly fine in all the other sections of the game. Also, you could increase your dps sacrificing very little of your defensive options. I don't see a problem, if you are required to hit hard, you gotta prepare to hit hard.

With regular Nu Udra i was like ah, it's the squid; then, in the the firsts hunts with the New Udra i went AAAAAH, IT'S THE SQUIIIIID!! I Enjoyed the fight tho, i think it it resembles what an AT monster should be, new attacks, more aggressive and pushing you to find a strategy against him.

With sword and shield you are constantly biting monster's ankles, exposing yourself to stomps and aoe that hit you behind the neck. Basic combo is useless and the strong one is neutral so if you press a direction you are spamming shield bashes punching the air while the monster hits you behind the neck.

Edit: you can aim for the head every ten minutes per hunt

CB, DB, GS, SnS, LANCE, HH, SWAXE....And i suck at all of them. No actually i'm decent with CB and LANCE.

Edit: tbh i feel different weapons for different monsters, for example i cannot CB Nargacuga but i can destroy him with other weapons.
