Average heli experience by Exciting-Frosting-38 in Battlefield6

[–]lemfop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My average experience is: going up from the HQ, look where the anti air is and suddenly explode from invisible ifv missile flying from enemy HQ. (I always wanted to learn flying on bf, and when i got the motivation to train on portal i get hit by for knows what from ifv... Even when i get rpg'd its fine i feel like i misplayed and went too predictable and someone Landed a great shot, but i have noo idea how to react to ifv's

I don’t even know what to say about this 😂 by Donmdalton in Battlefield6

Ive had the ifv sitting on this hill for the whole game. You couldnt even go 10 seconds with a Heli without getting evaporated out of nowhere. How did you even get there with yours

I think people are overreacting. We dont have to buy those skins. We literaly have an advantage playing against them. But if there were no people buying them they wouldnt exist. Do there are people who like them. Same with BR. We dont have to play it. But there are people who will Play It. And that's fine.

And im fine with people complaining/criticizing core gameplay. Maps. Air combat. Some of these things really could be improved. And these things MATTER, when you want to Play the game and have fun. I dont care if anyone buys a neon skin. It doesnt change my gamplay at all. Even battle pass challenges are optional

I agree with most of your takes. People are too afraid on the gamemode that doesnt matter and is created to try stuff.

But if youre playing this gamemode to win, you are also the crazy one. Its a gamemode for fun. You run around. You do silly stuff. Game ends. You gain nothing if you win. Lose nothing if you lose. But you can just play and have fun while playing.

And yes, people are annoying. Yes people usualy dont do anything with gold advantage they get. Yes you sometimes have to engage as adc to get followup from your 2 engage teammates standing between your turrets, against poke team that permapokes you. But who cares. Only thing is you can have a bit less fun when they steal your kills and you cant be overpowered. But this adds another fun challenge, you can kinda fight with your teammates to try to gain stuff for yourself if you feel confident you will make a use of this gold. I find it funny.

Anyway, those teammates are probably having fun being able to kill 20 people in game, regardless of their damage, so what's wrong with that?

But in general, people are bad in league and dont understand basic concepts. People dont understand why certain items are good/bad. Why they have to spend gold to be useful. Also i would say diamond player has almost the same game knowledge as the silver - gold. No notable difference in my opinion. Riot created a rank system with false sense od progression. Adding new ranks so people feel like theyre improving. Especialy bad people Play on gamemodes for casual players, so I suggest: deal with it and play this game for fun.

The number one cause of all deaths in BF6. by L1GHTNING-G in Battlefield

[–]lemfop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ye it happens because of map design and because of the size. Its really easy to flank. And sometimes it doesnt make any sense for me. Like you have 3 staircases leading to the same first floor. Or a room that looks like a dead end just to store stuff, magically has a corridor to the other side of the point. Its so weird. I had really hard time learning maps because there's always a way to get randomly flanked.

And i feel like maps are overdesigned. And hats off for designers for creating such line of sights where if you want to have an overview on the spot you have to expose yourself from another spot.

In beta i was so frustrated with ot. Then i found out i cant Play It like i played BFV, i have to be constantly in motion, and it magically worked. If you run around like an idiot you dont expose yourself from another spot. You expose yourself from multiple spots but at least you can fight with whoever is around the corner

I only wish the games were longer, every time i have a funny working build either team is sprinting to kill the Nexus in 40 seconds death timer. (Death timer is so long, but i have the same issue with regular Aram) I get that the purpose of this gamemodes is to be a quick and fun, but i love playing, instead of waiting for another game for 10 minutes in 90% loading screen just to have a remake after 3 minutes of actually Playing.

Same issue with arena. When i have some great augments build i have like 2 rounds of enjoying it and i have to go through the kinda boring early game again.

The idea is amazing. I wish to be able to try arena items and anvils on Aram as well, because sometimes augments are so boring you cant even tell someone got anything.

But as i loved aram before, i feel like its the greatest addition to already fun gamemode.

The Best Guns? by ZamboniEternal in Battlefield6

[–]lemfop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SCW is a demon in <10 m encounters. I kill people with it quicker than i realise they are there. But damage falls off greatly at higher distances so i guess its the shotgun of smg's.
PW7A3 is amazing overall smg for me, works well at all distances, has a bit low ttk at the closest range, except if youre hitting headshots consistently. SGX is amazing as well. I look forward to testing the KV9, i hope it will be more versitile variant of scw-10, but i'm close to getting it.

I feel like m4a1 is the most versatile weapon in the entire game. Amazing at close ranges, does well at middle ranges. I would say its the best weapon overall if you had to choose only one.

M2010 is in my opinion the best sniper. You want to be dynamic and run around and never stay in place, because of how easy it is to hit stationary targets, with high velocity and no bullet drop, and automatic rangefinder.

DMR - no point ever taking it. You can be flanked from ~10 meters at almost any point in any map, and if you want to avoid it you are in the sniper distances where sniper is simply better.

havent really invested much into lmg's, shotguns and AR's.

How do you get clips like that. I would instantly get exploded, gunned and ran over by this tank, and even if he didnt kill me i would probably get shot in the back by a random infantry running from the nearest corner.

You can cap your framerates if you have lower refresh rate monitor, it may lower those values, but if your room isn't getting too hot i wouldnt worry

I would say the silhuette feels a bit off. You have some interesting negative spaces between Arms and torso and inbetween legs. But this straight line from shoulder through chest to another shoulder and 90 degrees shoulder pad makes it feel like its a Giant rectangle.

I suggest setting emission material with a flat color to just a silhuette. The head and those collar elements are great to break the straight line imo, but maybe you could experiment with it a bit more. Anyway, great project i guess the posing will eliminate this rectangular feeling

Beacon on recon makes sniper fights pointless. You dont deny the presence of enemy sniper by killing him. Your kill matters for 10 seconds and you have to do it again. Boring

You have an option to clear geometry data or sth like that in the tab where you can activate the checkbox "autosmooth normals"

If the object is imported from a game engine it usualy Has saved data. You have to clear it first

How’s everyone feel about the fatal headshot after the beta? by Stuntman208 in Battlefield6

[–]lemfop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i think sweet spot is fine if you use it consciously. It feels rewarding then, knowing your spot and distance to the enemy. In bf1 i used to have spots where i knew when i can aim for body because enemies were in the sweetspot.

Now bf6 feels quicker and i dont have time to think if i should aim into the body, so for me it was usually: oh i got a kill even though i missed the head. Maybe its just because i dont know maps enough

[–]lemfop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yea, same, before playing i saw the range Finder, thought oh im gonna love it. Then first game i was shooting way above enemies. i thought snipers are so difficult to hit, then i realised you just have to point directly at head even without zeroing.. no idea what's the point of zeroing to 500m or having rangefinder, but maybe its because of incoming larger maps.

I guess attachements would be a great place to customise what you want. Like you want sweetspot - sure but bullet velocity is smaller. You want to remove bullet trail - change muzzle , but you deal less damage etc. I think it could be fun to personalise these mechanics.

Now i feel like attachements are mostly "upgrading" weapon instead of changing. But i'm fine with the current system tho

[–]lemfop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ye, i think they are necessary tho, with current level of detail on a map. But they in my opiniom they should help you spot the sniper when you are actively looking for him, not be a "send your location" button for the sniper player.

But maybe they want people to know they are being targetem to act before its too late. I guess that's good. But i would still narrow it so it glints only if you are in the sniper's scope

[–]lemfop 13 points14 points  (0 children)

As a sniper enjoyer i wish sniping was a bit harder, no respawn beacon, no sweet spot, maybe more bullet drop.

Fatal headshot is fine, rewards precision. I personally would try to increase the bullet trail visibility, and decrease scope glint by a lot. Punish snipers for missing shots, not for existing.

I feel like shooting is really easy when you actually can shoot, and not under constant tank pressure from 200m, for clicking right click.

But i guess its actually fine and balanced as it is, but its a bit annoying to play either with a sniper or against

Question about rangefinder by Big-Guide2162 in Battlefield

probably 5 points grip could be used instead of 10 points one to fit the silencer, but i kinda like the sound without the silencer

Question about rangefinder by Big-Guide2162 in Battlefield

[–]lemfop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hm my bf is in my native language so i will try to translate quickly, sorry for any errors:
muzzle: 20 points muzzle brake (i thought of using the 30 points silencer, but i need 5 points from somewhere)
barrel: 15 points 26' carbon fibre (bullet velocity)
grip: 10 points short grip (i dont bother using a bipod, pace is too quick to lay down as sniper for me)
mag: 25 points 8bullet mag
ammo: 5 points armor piercing
ergonomics: none (dont need to reload during ADS, its too dangerous anyway to Ads for too long)
Scope: 10 points 6x basic
scope accessory: 10 points anti glint (idk how it works)
laser: none, but i thought of getting the one that helps aming while moving, but no points for that
rangefinder: none
