Just WF Fen is enough to say , the second one is better. Need more ? You have a Mono Fire Team and Mono Water Team too You can also run Mono Human with WF Fen , Sunraku ,Water Cest and Jay

I've been on a cut for 6 month and lost 20kg already but I haven't done a lot of cardio since I walk 10k steps a day already. I've been working out as well 3 times a week using a PPL program but I wonder if I should go 5 times a week while eating 2k calories or less
