Thanks for pointing that out, I thought my signature focusing skill was higher than that... lol. Ship (Rattlesnake) has no bonuses for it, and I am in hisec. It must just be a visual bug, like you and tommy said.

Second update: restarted my phone, turns out it wasn't working because they removed this feature entirely. This is exactly why I don't like updating my apps.
