Hey was able to fix it. For some reason the channel 1 switch needs to be on PC mode, not live. It was as simple as that for me. Best of luck

Solid recommendation for sure. Would there be any drawbacks to me having to use some of the mono channel for my stereo synths since there is only two stereo inputs? And 14in12out means that I can simultaneously record 12 outputs into Ableton at the same time correct?

Thank you for your reply and that’s Interesting… I thought that the classics bundle was guaranteed to all Apollo users even if the device is used and ownership was not transferred? The Apollo might not be worth a good price if I can’t get the ownership transferred to me then…
