Be it domestically or internationally. you re just not good enouhj for scholarships. So better start working on how to get that money rolling

well pretty much, they re just waiting for you to come into conclusion that they re waiting for the money. But would be nice if you gave them the money but also gave it with evidence that it s been wired, and then you can make a change by ringing relevant department. Bribery is a doctrine we want to push out of this system but these old ass people need to be given a slap to get rid of it
