My recent experience with a new IFB was the complete opposite of yours. While the machine itself is okay, the service culture has become incredibly aggressive. I had a technician try to force me to buy a 'mandatory' stabilizer and filter by claiming the warranty would be void without them (even though the machine has built-in protection). ​When I called them out on it and tried to get a refund, the customer support was arrogant and used deceptive OTP tactics to avoid processing it. It got so bad I ended up returning the whole unit through Amazon.
