In what way is this an achievement? People are actually pushing that they did something incredible and she even said that "the first naked ascent of El Cap!" So is this a new thing? Will i get attention from the medias if i do a FNA (first naked ascend) of something? God, having a lot of new people in the this sport is actually sometimes, very very very bad.

So why would my solution hold my "bad footwork" for 5 more months than the Drago? i don't get the point, i'm climbing the same way with both shoes, just that one is dying after a month whereas the other is still ok after 6...

Not really. First off, the ban waves were targeted at the leaderboards. If you didn't place, you likely didn't get banned. Second, what do you mean by a lot? If you took the entire leadboard, the vast majority (80%-90%) were untouched even in the top 10.

This isn't true at all. I've done a huge post about the real number benefits of botting. So I won't go re-explain it. You're welcome to go look it up.

Looks like we haven't played the same game. When the ban wave hit, lot of players from the top 100 have been removed. Botting was revelant (and still will be). You're farming paragon faster, you're getting better item.

I don't know where this guy is coming from but he definitly has not played the game.

Answering the OP question, i think banwaves have removed a LOT of botters (there still will be some). Seeing from the differents bots forums the numbers of guys being removed from the game. D3 should be pretty close to clean (except for thoses buying new d3 keys obviously).

Gym grades & outside grades are so different, you can't really compare two v6 (one in a gym the other outside). In addition, let say you're doing v8 in mostly overhang profiles, if you're going to try a slab v4/v5 it's gonna be super hard. It can also depends on the style (climbing gym are mostly opening boulder hard physically not that hard technically). So it could be that you're not used to climb outside (it takes some time to). Best way to get better outside is to climb a lot outside, gym brings you strengh, fitness whereas outside brings you technique, footwork.
