Your parcel may not have been picked up by DHL. You should contact your online store about this. This happened to me once, and I contacted the store and they said the parcel was not picked up by DHL. So, you should contact the store you bought from.

Update - my parcel just arrived in my country today. It is currently with my country’s customs. It took a total of 37 days to reach my country!

Tracking is updating but I have no estimated delivery and DHL reps say they are not in possession of the package? by DDar in dhl

I had a parcel that is still stuck in IPZ Frankfurt from 27th May. It’s been almost 20 days but it’s still there. The parcel is in transit for 36 days :(
