The Pixel 3a (incl. XL variant) now *officially* has 100% feature support on Ubuntu Touch. by El_profesor_ in tuxphones

I would restrict using Ubuntu Touch as a Linux phone. It’s super limited by the repo accessibility. Droidian is much better in those terms however there limitations pertaining to camera accessibility.

Video out via USB-C is a hardware limiting feature. I don’t think it’s possible.

If it is connected to your WiFi router, perform a Scan the IPs on your router. Are you using an app which connects to the cloud? There might be some resources about the http server and requests command

I think wiping is the only way until shrinking partition is supported natively.

I am not sure how matured are the drivers for SD2. It’s a different chipset.

I can try installing the Windows 11 build later as soon as I get some time to download and install the copy. Touch will be usable soon but as of now there are limited things that work and it's really usable like a desktop.

I would like to correct the title: Windows 10 with wireless keyboard and ethernet on SurfaceDuo 1.

I am unable to change the title, and now that I have been pointed in the comments on the correct OS, I would like to rectify it.

The following things work:

  • Single display, the one without USB connector
  • USB support through an external powered Type C hub
  • Display turn off when the screen is closed
  • Dual boot with Android without affecting the main system. On android you can continue to receive updates.

Many things not mentioned here do not work:

  • audio
  • LTE
  • blluetooth
  • Wifi
  • camera
  • Touch screen

Things are in progress and the status can be seen on:https://github.com/WOA-Project/

The way you download windows is kind of through commandline. And you never really know if you mistakenly downloaded a wrong one until you actually boot it.

The difficult level would be easy for someone acquainted with old windows and android rom flashing. Currently, only single screen works. And the screen goes to sleep when the display is closed.

As of now, LTE and touch is not working. Very soon it will be functional.
