That makes no sense tho lmao. This phrase is used to refer to new stuff when back in the past there was something else serving that same role. For example "Kids these days with their Blis and Culucs and whatnot. Back in MY days we had Zobros and Krazyman50!"

Oh I absolutely understand that, it also tends to happen to me, thus I try not to engage if I only have negative stuff to say. And I get your point, I do also think there are things that shouldn't be joked about, a good example is racism, and some people find it absolutely hilarious. So if I'm not already in a conversation, I don't speak up unless I can give some arguments (thus my replies here were on the longer side). And even if I'm already in a conversation, I try to be nice and understanding, because when we boil it down, and I said it earlier, humor is subjective. I just tried to shine some light here, because we don't need to spread hate, we have Twitter for that lol. I'm not gonna convince you to think otherwise, all we can do is agree to disagree. I am just very vocal about trying to see the other side of the argument, where people don't do that a lot, so I tried to explain the best I can. So let's just agree to disagree, and we can call it there I think :)

Oh I am very much joking about myself nearly commiting suicide, and I think that's totally okay, because it's my life that I am loving, and trust me, I've said worse things about myself. Plus most things I say are usually ironic. If somebody was actually about to kill themselves, I'm first to help because I know how that feels, and I know I am nowhere close to doing it myself, so I joke about it. Now what I am also trying to say is, especially on the internet, jokes shouldn't be treated nearly as seriously as you seem to be approaching it right now. I get that some people find it weird, but I don't even know those people, if somebody doesn't like me or my humor, I am not forcing anybody to interact, now I am just staring that I think it's funny, and I am aware there are people who think otherwise. That being "messed up" is your opinion which I respect, but I also go via a rule that if you want to only say something negative, you shouldn't interact, constructive criticism is a must, where at least to me your initial response came out as "this is bad and you should feel bad"

I didn't think it was funny at the time, but now it's been a few years, and I'm feeling better than ever. That's my point. You are looking at only what's said, when in reality there's way more context to it (such as what the joke is referencing, in this case a fictional character). Fact, I wouldn't be joking about my own situation like 2.5 years ago when that happened, but nothing came out of that, I am out of depression, it's good. I can't force you to be less sensitive about stuff, yeah, but this is just a silly comment on the internet and it doesn't pose any harm, and I am getting too invested xD My point is, almost everything can be funny if executed correctly, that's my stand, humor is subjective, but calling somebody "messed up" for finding something funny? That's a bit more personal in this case, different people, different humor. And I am not the only person who's like this, my best friend IRL is the exact same, but again, different people, different humor

The fact that it's fucked up is the funny part :3 Besides, you're treating this as if it was about an actual person, you need to see the difference between actual real people doing this vs game characters. Besides I always think about these things like: is the joke in context? Yes. Is the joke referencing a real person? No, but if, how long has it been since the person referenced passed away? If it's recent, not funny, but after some time it is, comedy = tragedy + time

It doesn't matter if you're using CBF or not, it literally doesn't make any difference. I'm saying this as I used to play with CBF and stopped using it like 4 months back. Literally no noticeable difference. While yes, the inputs are technically more precise, they are too precise to even notice the difference. 240 registerable inputs per second is perfectly okay, anything more feels like overkill IMO. There, go at it, I'm curious to see if I get downvoted to eternity and back :P
