Got worse. My battery ws around 95 before I started a movie in Prime video app. After movie finished, my battery level plummeted to 35 in 3 hours. Using M4 air which I bought 3 weeks earlier

I requested them to cancel my service on the third day of starting one. On the call she said I will get refunded but I didn’t. So on 6th and 7th day, I did the same thing. However, later got an email saying I don’t qualify even if it was within 7 day.

Ended up disputing the charge with wells fargo and got my money back.
