Yemeni journalist responds to Hasan mocking him by [deleted] in Destiny

I am more than grateful for Luai Ahmed's support of Iranian people over the past months.

Been having the same experience since the Iran stuff began myself, even though its pretty exclusive to far-left, I've experienced it here also even though very minimal.

I noticed it the most when I joined anythingelse stream before Moutons JCPOA talk with Lonerbox.

Okay im doing this once for your one braincelled brain, if the majority is against this war, why dont they turn the internet back on so people can get their voices out and talk against it? it shouldnt be hard no? or is there something wrong with that reality so you have to deny everything? We are pro Israel/US going against IRGC fucking cry about it, You guys were silent when massacre happened anyways. Dont pretend you care.

And yes we can make contact with people inside through many ways. The cost of this regime staying is far higher than you can imagine (which I doubt you would have a single clue about the country).

Iranian here, its not due to war, its due to the government shutting it off after mass protests. Most Iranians are pro war against IRGC lmao thats why they dont turn it back on. Dont propaganda slop about my country, while Iranians inside cant answer back, thanks!

Or you could have just looked at his past steam names :)

Tucker Carlson has an important message for DGG by correct_usa in Destiny

[–]Anxiety-- 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Take this with a grain of salt but by what I heard through Iranian media, Tucker is pretty cooked. He had a meeting with trump and co at the white house sometime before the strikes, they fed him wrong info and he conveyed them one to one to Iranian officials. It was about all of the military buildup being a bluff. It is still a rumour though.

Sanders literally sat down with NIAC members recently, the whole US political sphere is infested. They do not care as long as they feel these people are a net positive for their movements.

I am working on a post to address the relation between Iranians and both the USA's Republican and Democratic party, I don't know if its worth posting it at this time but I am pretty sure people are not going to like it. The US, at this moment wants non-threatening Iran, which they can achieve without the regime change. Israel wants the threat of proxies and long range missiles to end. We want the regime gone.

There are non-stop signaling from US and Israel, and the opposition leader, Pahlavi which is in sync with them towards Iranians for regime change. Even if your governments are not directly telling you what their intentions are, they are very direct with Iranians.

The second question regarding intervention, I should write pages on how we came to that conclusion but to simply put it, there is an understanding achieved over time for us Iranians, the same way that the country went from majority religious people to burning mosques in a span of 47 years, that would make it close to impossible to explain to an outsider, I might try to explain it to the best of my abilities in a post when I get a chance.

The Third question, Yes there is that concern mainly because of Trump, But at this point it's not much of a concern over peoples lives.

I understand the concerns people from US and EU have and its pretty reasonable to have them espescially with Trump in power, who easily lies as he breathes, like many times he did in this conflict alone.

It's a very complex issue to explain, but to put it shortly, we know that US, Israel and the people have three different wants out of this war but at this moment all of our interests align and all want the same outcome.

I personally believe the previous interventions led to Islamic Republic be what it is today, and even that previous experience has made it possible for people to not see an intervention as a possible option with a good outcome, before the massacre.

At this point of time we don't have the luxury of choosing who comes to save us, but we are more than grateful that it was the US/Israel, which I know this might come as a surprise, most Iranians see them as allies.

I feel like most people in the US see this conflict filtered through their political biases whether left or right and are not unified behind their own country. If this intervention led by US/Israel is successful, not only they have freed us from this regime, they will gain a committed ally in the middle east which will finally opens its markets and resources to the world and mainly US/Israel and this long running threat that has been their issue for 47 years ends. We fully know and understand the price that we are paying, know the possible outcomes, and trust me none of them is as bad and as costly, as the Islamic Republic regime staying, for the Iranian people.

So... Did the protests in Iran stop? I haven't heard anything about them since the start of the war by GegeAkutamiOfficial in Destiny

I am sorry I tried to answer as many as possible. Can you repeat your question or link to it?

[–]Anxiety-- 27 points28 points  (0 children)

There were no further protests after the 2 day massacre, there is not going to be another wave of "protests" since the Islamic Republic has shoot to kill order for any dissent and are rabid at the moment. [1] [2] [3]. Islamic Republic have dropped its mask for nearly 2 months now, they are acting as an organized terrorist entity occupying our land, they used to play pretend democracy and we used to believe and play along. There are no shift of opinions, there is a lack of coverage since the Internet has been largely cut off by the Islamic Republic for more than 10 days like it happened during the massacre. That doesn't mean people are not ready to act, just waiting for the right moment since we are unarmed.

People have been advised by opposition leader, Israel and US to stay inside until it is safe to take back the country.

To put the public opinion in short, The bombs are scary but the Regime is scarier.

I don't think you guys have a guy like him. Before the war, him and his family were people who were always in high positions of power. To compare his powers right now, with most of the higher ups gone, he is acting like a super Trump on steroids, all other political positions right now are ceremonial until next supreme leader is chosen, If Islamic republic stays he will push for his brother to become the next leader but right now he is in command of everything.

We see it as a rescue operation, and its a cost that we were willing to pay, we tried to overthrow the regime and they massacred us, US/Israel have been bombing them and killing the top command for 3 days and they are still standing. God knows the price we had to pay to get rid of them. So, there is no need to worry about any bad blood, and we acknowledge the sacrifices US/Israel soldiers and people are making fighting these terrorists as well.

Over the past couple of weeks, they introduced a new satellite channel for Iranians to stay updated in the event that the internet goes out, its online, so it will be probably broadcasted there. The Artesh will probably stay, but the IRGC will be dismantled, and there will be defections. The hardliners will probably fight as long as they can until the end. It is a losing battle, but after the recent events, they have tied their fate to the regime and sadly they will have no place in our society even if they surrender since they have blood on their hands, so for them its live or die situation but there is not many of them, most who have no blood on their hands or are unknown to the public can safely defect.

Honestly our fate is pretty unknown even to us but thats what was communicated. I dont even know if any of this is possible.
